How pick Fabrication CADmep Item by AutoCAD handle using C#

Hi,

I have already created a tool for Fabrication CADmep 2018, which can picked an element by:

Item item = Job.GetFabricationItemFromACADHandle(ent.Handle.ToString());

Now, I want proceed the same for Fabrication CADmep 2019. Whereas the item return null by using the same code.

As per Fabrication API help by the code the Item will return an item successfully if the handle will be matched with.

Therefore, is the Item handle has been changed in Fabrication CADmep 2019??

Please, help how can pick any Fabrication CADmep item as per user choice .....selection...
