You want to change items that are already in a drawing or trying to setup a new service with Charlotte being the default?

Change items that are already in the drawings. The report is the wrong material manufacture. When I hove over the material. It's correct.

The report could be looking at item product material and not item material. If you just changed the material on the items the product material would not have updated. You could either change the report to look at item material or use the command Revdesign and then fill with the correct items.
