    <description>&lt;P&gt;This is a logical warning and it will be beneficial for you if you not forcefully stop it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Its occurs when you are trying to open a file which have been created with a database that is different than the database configured in your system. Pressing YES could be a result of missing element if you don't have same database configured. and Pressing NO will let you open that file with your existing database.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Press the WIN key, type "editmap" and go to the CADmep tab in that dialog. The "use drawing database" option is currently set to prompt and that is why you are seeing that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
