      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you using design line?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If yes, I would unfill the design line, copy the entire design line (creates a new design line) &amp;amp; move it over to the right&amp;nbsp;10,000", delete the lines I don't want in the original, delete the opposite in the copy, move the copy back, fill each with the service you want.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
