The purge ultimately causes all of our service buttons and templates to be erased. This affects our Revit template, as it wipes out our entire toolbar when we’re trying to draw.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>To replicate the same problem on your software developers end. Simply set up a service template in CAMduct, and place buttons in that service template. Then purge your database and you will notice the service templates are gone once the purge is complete. I hope this is something that can get patched quickly.
