Fab MEP 2019 - Duct taps notworking correctly

I am trying to make an 18"x6" tap off of a 10"x10" main.

When using design line, it keeps adding taps in a weird way (see photo 1)

I am new to the software, perhaps I am doing something wrong...

Oddly this was not an issue earlier (see photo 2 ) but I cannot get this to work.
Any suggestions/help would be appreciated.

Hi Steve

I have sent you an e-mail requesting the Service you are using, I believe it will be down to the Button Mapping you have set up.

Send me the files and I will look into it.

I need the Service that you use, I can't tell the Button Mappings from a drawing. Use EXPORTSYS to select the service you used and export the file (.IEZ)

Doesn't look like the forum allows the attachment of iez files as there wasn't anything attached to your last post, can you reply to the e-mail I sent with the .iez attached.
