The first thing i noticed is the brackets around the Specification. That is not something you would want. That spec is being brought in by an itm. What is the spec calling out for the gauge? What happens if you do a redevolpe on the itm before you export? Does the gauge update. I think whats happening is when the maj is opened it going back and looking at the spec and updating the gauge.

for the last week everytime I create a MAJ file for manufacturing the Material guage forces itself to 0.8mm instead of the predifinied 0.6mm.

Any idea on waht could cause this issue?

What version of CADmep are you using? Did you install an update in the last week? When you say the gauge changes does that mean in the model the MAJ was created in or when the shop opens the MAJ?

im currently using 2018. Yes all software is up to date.

basically when you open the part to view it and its options it shows the 0.6mm guage, but the MAJ file show the 0.8. it shows on CADMEP when you view the MAJ with thwe openjob command as well as in CADEST and CAMduct.

I have attached two images showing what i mean,

regards
