Yes I had some instruction from an Autodesk associate, we went over exactly what you are saying. I have asked the question numerous times, this is the first that I have received the right answers for this problem. Thank you very much and have a good day!

I am using the design line to draw out the pipe sizing for my projects. The only problem is that I am trying to use the sizes that I am provided by the project manager/engineer. For example I need to draw it at 1-1/8" x 20' long and then try and populate in 3d it will not show up. So I have to use design line to draw 1" x 20' long and the program excepts that. I have a few options.

1. Find away to get the program to show the size intended "1-1/8" on the Items report.

2. Change something in the master directory so that when I type 1.125 it will populate the 3d

3. Or just figure out a whole different solution entirely.

rwood-

The pipe is product listed. Look up how to modify product lists. You will just enter the new size. When you are currently filling the design line it cant find the 1-1/8 pipe size. Also don't forget to look in the materials to assign the size there to get the correct OD.

So what I did at my company, was I created a complete system for tubing. Especially ACR tubing for refrigerant. That way I could get all of the sizes and fittings to accurately report. If you want to get more detailed in then send me an email. jcravens@outlook.com. Thanks
