Re-accept ITMs

Hi guys,

I've setup our current ITMs database with associated ancillary.

However when customer sends us their maj with their itms, I can't seem to see the ancillary that is meant to go with the itms.

Any ideas / suggestions to how to get customer maj to adopt the itms that I have setup in my database?

Not sure on this, but out of curiosity:

Are you (in edit configuration) opening from the original drawing database? If yes, then your ancillaries are there to be applied.

Does double clicking the object and hitting the Okay button update the ancillaries? You would be surprised just how many things can only truly update through this action.

Answer those and maybe I can figure this out.
