OVAL DUCT LABELS

For the life of me I have not been able to print a straight label for oval duct. I have tried CID patterns 120, 101, and 165. Cut type set to oval straight and not set to bought out. Has anyone been able to print oval duct labels? Is there some check box or setting I need to change?

Not sure why you can't print the label, works fine when I try it here.

Can you PM me a Support File so I can look at the Label you are using and the Database settings?

To create the file go to Help - Send Support Files, select everything except the Export options, and only select the Label you are using in the Reports.

Attach the file to the message you send me and I can have a look.
