Please advise how to change the standard length of spiral pipe from 3000 to 4000

any body from autodesk can assist me on this issue?

I have set on the specificaton for round duct standard length is 4000. but when i do the take off by drawing the line, on the items it always show that the length is 3000.

How to change the spiral pipe standard length to 4000?

Do you set the parameter "Length" in the Duct as "Auto"? Hope this could help you.

I believe duct length can be set in the pressure class, specification or ITM level.

However, If we set the duct length on the itm, the length which is set on specification will be invalid. I think so.

It should just follow the length in the specification. Are you sure you changed the correct specification? Go to the Takeoff -> Services tab in the database options to see the specification that the selected service is pointing towards.

different controller has different settings os the spiral duct length. You should be familiar with the controller operation of the spiral duct machine.

I am giving you the example in imperial. you may working in metric but the process is same.

First of all, In which specification you are working is need to know, like I am using a specification (Pressure class) as +3"WG and my standard length is 60 in this specification class.

So, need to know what is the standard length mentioned in your specification. from here,

You can check & change standard length from by double clicking the condition here, you can set 3000 to 4000.

But make sure you have setting it for All Type / Straight Piece not fitting (See "valid for" option in 1st snap)

But if you don't need to change core database and want to locally update your standard length locally for few times we can go to content icon >> Right click >> Edit >> and change standard length from "Auto" to Value as 4000. In my case it is 120.
