Design line - Branch stopped working

I've been using our personnal design line for 1-2month.
Once I came back on ESTmep this morning, I tried to draw a simple take-off.. but our rectangular branch refuse to work correctly.
I checked the button maping, and anything that I could, but I couldn't find anything. If I open an old project and click "Fill object in 3D"
all branch literally disapear in my work space, and in my item list.
Where could I check or what could I do?

Are any items excluded from fill?

I'm guessing your have an issue with ductwork. You said only branch rectangular doesn't work right. Is the main rectangular or round?

i have same issue with ductwork. branches seems to be working sometime but not shoe branche it breaks duct from middle and insert a branch
