Fabrication CADMEP fabviewer not working

Fabrication CADMEP 2016 fab viewer is not working. It will not show any pipe or fittings in the viewer. The viewer does show the items in list of items at the bottom of the viewer. It is only happening on 1 computer.

I've re-installed the software and have messed with Windows display resolution but neither fixed the problem.

Anyone have this issue?

We are not having any issues with fab viewer. What graphics card and driver is the machine using? Is it different than the other users? Is it only pipe/fittings not showing or nothing shows not even for say duct? The machine doesn't happen to have the layer off in the viewer? Have you tried other files as well?
