Need Help With Fab Viewer AutoCAD MEP

I have been searching the internet for a few hours and haven't found a clear cut solution. I am using CAD MEP 2014 for AutoCAD and I need to get 160 spools done for fabrication. My normal way of doing this would be to do one spool at a time, manually adding spooldims and BOM.

I found that it is possible to do multiple spools through "Fab Viewer" so I attempted to set that up yesterday.

The issues I am currently having with it are:

When I hit "Create Spools" in Fab Viewer, it'll only auto generate dimensions in the defualt view (I think this is a template issue? How do I make/edit the ltp file to create/auto dimension multiple views on creation of the spool?
When I add camera views, it does not generate dimensions like it does for the default view when I create the spool. I can do "ANN" command for annotation, BUT that only generates lengths dimensions, where as I need center of fittings to center of fittings (which it can do in the default view)

It seems like I just need to figure out how to create/edit a .ltp file to have multiple camera views.
