Is there a way to specify the table in a sheet you want to do the VB look up to? (see attached)

That table a few rows down has a table name as BOM but a VB look cannot find the columns because the table is not at the top of the screen. In excel VB look up you can specify a table name so excel will just find that table on a specific sheet and use that rather needing the table at the top of the workbook.

I posted this a few days ago but after speaking to the engineer we really dont want to have to change our BOM templates for the excel documents.

Can you explain a little more of your requirement? The initial post doesn't have an object like a BOM/Partlist for exporting data or any source code involved.
