Hi, When I first bought the program, I was asked to sign in to get to the auto exchange. I was signed in for about a year.I attempted to go to help menu and was asked to sign in. That's when it gave me the message that I wasn't connected to the internet. But I get to help menus from autocad through google. Thanks, James R Barner Structural Steel Stairs e-mail address: jamesrbarner@yahoo.com Cell phone no.: 214-773-0825 (Voice Mail Available)
