Can anyone tell me how I could load a .cuix for all users of a computer without having to open autocad?

I need to deploy a .cuix to a few hundred machines, and I don't believe we use a enterprise file.

Set as Main or Enterprise, that can be done by setting a value in the registry under the correct AutoCAD profile. For partial loading you need to be inside AutoCAD, although with some clever steps (like providing a shortcut to the EXE with a parameter to call a start-up script) you could automate the process somewhat.
