Autocad 2019

could you please help me out? the solutions found in forum do not work for me.... pic 01 - shows what I want to achieve regarding dims with text with MASK - the dim line must be visible in the middle. pic 02 - shows what I have instead and I don't know how to change it to look like the 01 picture. Please note their styles and properties are the same, both are in the same drawing, I have tried to match properties too, it did not help. Please help

I would like the one on the left to look like the on on the right side

01 - text is in one box

02 - text spills into another box below the line

When I create dims with the styles in your drawing it works as you want it to. If you want the dim on the left to match then select it and hover over the grip on the text and select "Reset Text Position" and it will fix it.

Use DIMEDIT command's HOME option to relocate your errant dimtext back to where it belongs.

Try it.
