No matter what I do I can't seem to set the units to mm. I have used UNITS and DWGUNITS from the command line and have edited the page setup for the layout via the page setup manager - all of these say that my units are in mm. When I am drawing, however, the units are definitely still in inches (I tested by drawing a line the width of the known page dimensions in the layout and by exporting to PDF and using rulers within illustrator).
