Plot preview blank.

Hello, post reinstalling my AC the plot preview display has been showing me a black blank preview image. Navigate to attached screenshot for reference. Any clues as to what may be the cause anyone ?

why did you have to reinstall?
Your AutoCAD for MAC version is...? Did you remember to also install all updates for it (whatever that version is)?
Your MacOS version is...?

I think you need to install this hotfix :

Assuming you are using AC 2019 on Mojave.

@pendean I was restoring my iMac to factory settings and along with it went AC !

I was the new update as after installing it the issue went away. Thank you for the notice

@maxim_k I am using AC 2019 and Mojave correct, It was the new update as after installing it the issue went away. Thank you for the notice
