Do you have Mac with Retina display? If yes:<BR />What settings do you have for Graphic card for the Virtual machine?<BR />If it is "Best for Retina", then try to change it for "Scaling" and restart Virtual machine. If you need to have high resolution in Windows and want to be able to adjust font scale in Windows virtual machine, select "Best for external display" option.
