    <description>&lt;P&gt;If we have a project where we are extending or rerouting an existing system we still need to be able to keep the new elements on the same system as exisitng, esecially if we want to keep using calculations to ensure the existing equipment can handle the load, but also just for scheduling prurposes and, down the line, procurement and FM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
