idea Revit MEP Pipe Placeholder Line Command Adjustment en Revit Ideas

When working with Revit/Revit MEP Pipe Command, Pipe placeholder Command, Duct Command, Conduit Command and Cable Tray Command, I would like to see the Draw contextual tab with the Pick Line feature. This way, I can tab select an entire run and use the Pick Line tool to create another identical one a certain distance away...similar to parallel pipes/parallel walls/parallel ducts, etc.

Additionally, once the duplicated run is created, be able to select the entire run and change its type with one command. For example, if you already have a cold water system created and you want to create a hot water system 1'-0" away, use the Pick Line tool to select everything and make a new cold water system, then change it to hot water.

Hi @dzanta - the Offset command on the Modify tab > Modify panel will do what you want.

To change the System Type after you've offset, just select a single element in the new run, and change the type in the properties palette.
