    <description>&lt;P&gt;For as long as this original adopter can remember, placed families have had a tendency to "jump" from your intended target level to another in-plane level that was created prior to the target level. A simplified example of this would be in a 15' F2F office building (its RVT levels created firstly) with an attached 10' F2F parking garage (its RVT levels created secondly). If one creates a plan view of parking level 3 (el +30') and tries to place parking spaces, they register in their properties as being placed at office level 2 (el +30').&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
