Working with transparency is an all-or-nothing affair. For instance;

Go to a realistic view and change the Model Display > Transparency to 1. The entire model becomes roughly 90% transparent and unreadable, making this feature essentially unusable.

Create a material that is about 10% transparent using a Cutout map. In Realistic View, it's almost invisible unless you zoom very close to it.

There seems to be a bug of some sort in the shaders for Realistic View that improperly over-emphasizes transparency. The desired effect would be that at 1% transparency, it would be very hard difficult to discern that materials are even transparent at all.

I have no way of indicating an expanded mesh material facade in colorized elevations due to this issue.

As you can see, the expanded mesh corner facades at the bottom of the tower are barely visible.

Interior at 1% transparent is approximately 90% transparent.
