    <description>&lt;P&gt;Be able to get and set Keyboard Shortcuts using the API. Yes, I can roll my own parser to read in the user's file (and check which shortcuts exist), but I want to be able to "update" the user's shortcuts by making changes and creating new shortcuts as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even if it's just simple import/export functionality (instead of individual command usage), that would be fine as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
