When importing details from our library, sometimes a detail component will be a different version and import as a "Gypsum Board1" family. I like consolidating these down to a single family.

Currently the workflow is:

Find duplicate family in project browser

Right click on type of duplicate family and "select all in project"

Manage Tab -> "IDs of Selection" and copy all IDs

Manage Tab -> "Select by ID", paste IDs, and click "Show" many times quickly

I would like steps 3 and 4 to be a single button press. (Perhaps Revit could throw a "This is a lot of elements. Are you sure?" dialog if 20+ elements are selected?)
