idea Creating reinforcement in a model to which geometry is linked from another model, marking of bar revisions en Revit Ideas

First issue: creating such program functionalities that the reinforcement does not need a geometry model (beams, floors) to operate (separation of reinforcement from the geometry of elements, but maintaining the functionality of its insertion).

Second issue: creating such functionalities to enable the workflow described below. Because geometric models with placed reinforcement are often too heavy and ineffective. Additionally, it is often impossible to control changes in reinforcement.
Preferred workflow for reinforcement of reinforced concrete elements:
1) create model no. 1 containing geometry of elements (beams, floors etc.)
2) create an "empty" model no. 2
3) link model no. 1 to model no. 2
4) create reinforcement in model no. 2
5) freeze the reinforcement, create documentation
If there is a change in model no. 1 (e.g. the dimensions of beams, slabs change), then in model no. 2, after refreshing the link, we can accept automatic changes to the (adaptive) reinforcement or change the reinforcement manually (controlling changes in bars - e.g. in situations when the detailed design requires marking the revision of bars).
