    <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe this is fixed in V23 but I doubt it. When I make dimension drawings I need to have it associated to the floor shown. If this was not caught during modeling, connections break (somewhere, happy hunting on that). There is no reason any system should fall apart because the reference level was changed.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
