Can we please have a foundation tool for tie beams. Currently the only real option is to either model as a beam under the structure tab or model under the foundation tab using the wall foundation. However typically in my workplace we also have beams that aren’t necessarily under walls.

Can we also include a suspended concrete beam family (Band Beam)? It would also be really nice to have this as a separate option/tool under the structure tab also.
