    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get how revit is making its depedent views, but it's non logical.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the views structure, we can clearly see the master/slave relationship between the original view and its dependent one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;But any visibility action (template or filter) in one of these views leads to a modification in all the others, as well as in the original.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;So they are interdependent, not dependent, because it interacts "horizontally" and "vertically".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;The way revit is doing it is more like a mirror that apply to everything.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your understanding of how sheet dependency is incorrect, but the real issue here is comparing this to slavery... There are far less problematic terms to refer to the relationship between views and sheets.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
