About Contour Line, actually you can modify by Site Settings windows.

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2022/ENU/Revit-Model/files/GUID-3BC58B4D-5415-4434-86F6-E02D81840A4C-htm.html

I am not talking about the lines which display the height but the contour of the toposurface itself (the edges) and when having a pad the lines created by the pad. And also lines created by subregions. Subregions create 2 contours, those of the region itself and within the toposurface there are other lines. So by overriding the subregion you face the problem of having a another Line by the toposurface itself that can't be overridden at all.

It is impossible to override any lines with the line override tool.
