idea Linework - override dwg en Revit Ideas

I was thinking it might be useful if you could just override lines for linked .dwg files (instead of adjusting the ac file layers ie) similarly to linework, or being able to adjust acad layers within Revit perhaps. Ofcourse I realize linework is meant for model lines atm. But it would save some time going back and forth simply to get specific lines to hide/show (and no, I don't want to import the acad drawing, but keep it linked...) Anyway, just a thought...
