idea Tool Palettes with thumbnails en Revit Ideas

I wish i could create a custom Tool Palette with a collection of custom loadable components (families, materials, etc) and custom standards (view templates, system families, symbols, dynamo scripts, etc) that i use in most projects, and preview them as thumbnails for easier identification. I hate long and complicated names, a thumbnail may worth a thousand words.

I know i can save all that in a template file, is just the visual organisation i'm missing. Like i can preview stuff in Autocad: preview arrowheads, spot elevation symbols, dimension styles, etc.

Autocad is more advanced on drafting stuff. Revit should have shared libraries with Autocad for the annotation stuff in general.

Tool Palettes would be an incredible organizer for a company's custom standards. It would be very easy to tell new employees what symbols, dimension styles, labels, text styles, titleblocks, families, etc they should use on a specific project , just by picking it from the Palette. Every Palette should automatically read information from a target folder and display thumbnails for everything in it (including subfolders).
