    <description>&lt;P&gt;When creating a stair, there should be a plan region option automatically built in so you can adjust the height of the cut without having to add a plan region manually every time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or call it "Cut Height" and have an Instance setting that allows you to adjust that way....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"Cut Height" must be per view parameter, but Revit does not have per view parameter for model element except rebar.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So developer must do a new entity - view modifier for applying it on stair.&amp;nbsp;This is almost the same as plan regions, but it is applied strictly with stairs without affecting neighboring objects.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe just a context option to create a Plan Region for the selected Stair (that encloses the extents).
