idea 2D version of the Section Box en Revit Ideas

Is there a 2D version of the Section Box ? Like a Vertical Section View (or Face-oriented View) right on the middle of any element. And such Section View should be aligned (offseted range) to the element's edges?

All views and sections should be able to "follow" buildings' contours/edges when resizing or relocating (like automatic resizing/adjusting). Right now, views are not parametrically bound to any geometry, they are just "windows in space".
