idea Stretch object by entering numeric value en Revit Ideas

When dragging a wall end (beam end, or any other end) we can enter numeric value for the new lenght of the wall. But we need an option to enter the stretching distance, NOT the total new lenght/distance of the wall.

I need to "stretch by specified distance", NOT to specify the new total distance. My workaround for this is: draw a reference line (CAD line or model line) over the wall end, offset that line by specified distance, align wall end to that offseted line. Kinda dumb really!

Also, when a drag a wall end, the neaby girder won't stretch. It would either move with the wall end, or it will stay unchanged.

I just wish we had the Stretch command from Autocad.

If the non-stretching end is constrained, you can select the wall (let's say 10'-0" long), and then edit its temporary dimension to read = 10'-0" + 5' or whatever stretch distance you desire. (Not as quick as STRETCH, though, I agree.)
