    <description>&lt;P&gt;Revit should have global settings for region specific localization, such as date formatting, decimal point and number grouping. These should initially be adopted from the user's system localization settings. It is always a PITA to change Excel decimal point when making .csv files, and while new sheets get the proper date, it is in a format that is very rarely used outside the USA. I always thought it was a missed opportunity that this wasn't implemented from day 1.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
