    <description>&lt;P&gt;After placing Pipes on a Demo Phase the Drop/Rise symbology changes all Pipes to appear as the pipe is rising.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I suspect this is because once you Demo a pipe (or DW for that matter) Revit undefines the System Type and the connection integrity of the Demo'd pipes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only solution is to create a Workset for Demo Pipes and bypass Revit Demo Phasing. It is a workaround but once our Models are in BIM 360 or referenced in another the Model the Phasing of the Element is important.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This makes our Piping drawings look awful and I am unable to find any fixes on the forums.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="After Demo.png" style="width: 825px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/681478i23C2A5EF3B7E506A/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="After Demo.png" alt="After Demo.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
