On behalf of a customer from Germany let me add the following wish: make possible to create sloped nad curved duct runs in Revit.

At this time there is not user friendly solution to model ducts parallel to curved ramps:

For now, there is not user-friendly workaround available which generates additional issues:

https://autode.sk/301Oyed

Current duct system in Revit is only good for HVAC, not good at all for other industrial applications. For example, municipal odor control system will require all horizontal ductwork being sloped 1-2% for draining condensation water. Industrial dust collection system with Wet Scrubber will require ductwork at downstream of the scrubber sloped because the treated air from the scrubber will be saturated therefore condensation water should be expected and drained with sloped ducting.
