    <description>&lt;P&gt;It would be great to be able to overlap sub-regions, so that new sub-regions could be drawn over existing ones without having to edit the existing sub-region's boundary. Even better if it would be possible to change the order in which the sub-regions cut each other afterwards.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
