    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sometime when creating sub-category's for some reason you might place it in the wrong category. There needs to be a modify/edit button or being able to right click and select an option to modify/edit. A window would then pop up allowing you to select the correct category. Alternatively being able to drag and drop a sub-category incorrectly placed into the correct category.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
