    <description>We need snapping for annotation objects, especially text. I know the workarounds and frequently use guide grids. But there is really no excuse for the inordinate amount of time it takes to make drawings line up on pages and the particularly absurd fact that one cannot snap text to anything in a model or on a page.</description>
