idea Select to which member a framing is connected en Revit Ideas

Currently, Revit decides (I don't know how) to which faming connect another framing.

In the image, the upper right bracing is joined to the upper left bracing. But what I want is to join it to the horizontal beam or to the vertical purlin shown. Mainly to use the command Change Reference because the bracing extends itself below the beam.

The same happens when connecting to walls or columns.

The option to change to which element to connect would be useful.
