Sketchy Lines currently jitters in 3D even if it's applied to a 2D View. This results in the line then going behind the surface of the element resulting in a white square where there are no visible surface pattern. Setting the jitter/extension to as low as possible still results in these issues.

The only way we have discovered to fix this issue is to modify the wall build up to have the brick layer as invisible so the line isn't hidden behind the surface but that is obviously not a practical solution and results in visual errors

The way we currently achieve this look is having to use Autodesk Impression from 2009 which you cannot install to Windows 10 and it is no longer supported.

Autodesk have been aware of the issue for at least 3 years and being unable to use this in any view that contains a surface pattern seems to limit the ability to use it in many situations. Could jitter not just be set to be 2D in a 2D view and 3D in a 3D View?

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-architecture-forum/sketchy-lines-in-revit/m-p/7810147

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-architecture-forum/sketchy-lines-issue/td-p/5892444

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-architecture-forum/sketchy-lines-issues/td-p/6929052

Yes! This is a big issue for us. Our firm has all but stopped using the Jitter feature altogether because of those white blocks that appear. It confuses our Project Managers and our clients (if it makes it that far). I would love to use it for schematic drawings, but right now it's unusable.
