    <description>&lt;P&gt;Tags default to "Attached End", but allow you to toggle that off so you can move the leader to a place that is more readable.&amp;nbsp; Dimensions, on the other hand, force the leader to attach only to the middle of the dimension line.&amp;nbsp; Very often, this location is where another element's edge line crosses the dimension.&amp;nbsp; It would be very useful to allow a free end on dimensions as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
