Just encountered this problem and found a tread in AUGI site that totally explains the problem and the bug. This is unaceptable...

http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?43458-DWG-Import-Draw-Order

I keep encountering bugs to fix and posting them here. Autodeks should start to focos on fixing known problems before trying to creat new features that can bring new ones... No?

I found a potential solution to your issue. Revit follows the 3D order of objects. Instead of bringing lines to front, they might actually be lower along the Z axis. So if you move them over by moving them up in the z-axis, I think that would address your issue.
