Sometimes, when you work with roofing spaces, you face issues that composition of the roof changes in different spots. It is really strong problem when the shape (or/and outline) is complex. So you need to create several different roofs. This spend a lot of time, and it can`t be edited it. Thereby this method violates Revit’s idea.

The solution of the problem will be modification of the stained-glass. So that the panels can be chosen as the size of the roof’s family (as it is implemented in the walls). Thus it will be easy to specify different sections of the roof with different composition, cutting the roof into sections and indicating different types of roof family.
