It could be incredibly beneficial to link in a Fusion 360 model into a Revit family.

For example, if you have a particular mechanical equipment--say a pump or a mixer that was provided by a manufacturer. Say that it was created in Fusion 360/Inventor/Solidworks (really whatever file format that we can consume from Fusion 360). We might typically try to reduce some of the detail in Fusion and then export it to .sat and import it into Revit. Some of the swept and cylindrical shapes won't come in, so we'll have to work around those too.

So I guess what I'm looking for would be for some better integration between the Revit family and the manufacturing design world. I know there's a tool to export a Revit family from Inventor that is average at best, but I'd like to see something that can enhance this workflow. Certainly, this is something that could transcend to other disciplines as well.
