Hi guys:

I need to machine grooves on a cylindrical part, indexing around X Axis but....

My Tool is oriented with Z Axis. I need Stock Axis to be aligned to X not Z.

Any idea how to do that?

Thanks in advance.

Take a look at what I did to get your stock where you wanted it. I also took a look at your groove1 feature. I unwrapped your curve, then I used that curve in the feature and selected "Wrap feature around X axis".
